Location! You can walk to restaurants and stores from the hotel. the room was cozy and had a comfortable bed with a warm blanket. the bathroom was clean and had a separate shower. There was also free Wi-Fi available.
The hotel had poor customer service and even ignored the reservation of one of the guests, leaving them to find another place to stay.
